Wende provides audit, accounting, and financial advisory services for closely held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and employee benefit plans. She serves clients in a variety of industries including professional services, waste management, and manufacturing. She oversees the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice and serves on the Allinial Global Employee Benefits Community of Practice steering committee and newsletter editorial committee. Wende is the firm’s Quality Control Principal, performs peer reviews of local firms’ audit and accounting practices, and provides technical reviewer services to the WSCPA.

Wende is passionate about travel, and loves to explore new places any chance she gets. In fact, one of the items on her bucket list is to visit every Caribbean island. One of the most remarkable moments in her travels was a Jet Ski tour around Bora Bora, which she describes as completely unforgettable. Wende also loves cooking and baking for friends and family, and spends weekends trying out new recipes. When Wende retires she plans to go to a Culinary Institute to sharpen her skills.
