  • Medical Insurance
    We offer a choice of plans available through Aetna. There may be cost sharing depending on the plan selected.
  • Dental Insurance
    Like our medical coverage, we offer a choice of plans available through Delta Dental. There may be cost sharing depending on the plan selected.
  • Vision Insurance
    We offer vision insurance through VSP.
  • Life Insurance and AD&D
    We provide a life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment and disability insurance. There may be cost sharing depending on the plan selected.
  • 401k
    After three months of service, employees are eligible to participate in the 401k program. There is a 5% safe harbor employer matching contribution made to all eligible employees after three months of employment.
  • Time Off
    We offer flexible time off to manage time away from work.
  • Parental Leave
    Full-time Sweeney Conrad employees are eligible for up to twelve weeks of paid maternity leave or up to four weeks of paid paternity leave.
  • Company-paid Holidays
    We offer 13 company-paid holidays.
  • Employee Assistance Program
    We offer a robust counseling program covering issues from stress to financial management advice. The program is available to all employees.
  • Training and Professional Development
    We offer various in-house CPE opportunities, provide reimbursement for many outside CPE programs, and have access to a wide range of trainings, leadership courses, and workshops.
  • CPA Exam
    We provide reimbursement for up to 4 NTS, as well as for the purchase of study materials. We also provide a bonus for passing the exam.
