Benefits Effective Date

First of the month following date of hire

• Medical Insurance
  We offer a choice of three different medical plans. We work with Premara and pay 100% of the premiums for employee coverage and 50% of the premiums for dependents on two of the three plans.
• Dental Insurance
  Like our medical coverage, we offer dental insurance through Premara, and pay 100% of premiums for employees.
• Vision Insurance
  We offer vision insurance through VSP and cover 100% of premiums for employee coverage. Dependents may be enrolled at the employee’s cost.
• Life Insurance and AD&D
  We provide a life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment policy of $50,000 through UNUM. Benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled at no cost.
• Long-Term Disability (LTD)
  Benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled under the Long-Term Disability (LTD) Plan at no cost. After a 180-day waiting period, LTD replaces up to 66.67% of earnings to a maximum of $10,000 per month. Coverage is through UNUM.
• 401k
  Upon hire, employees are eligible to participate in the Sweeney Conrad 401k program. There is a 3% discretionary contribution made to all eligible employees after one year of employment.
• Vacation
  Vacation accrual of 20-25 days per year for newly hired employees.
• Company-paid Holidays
  We offer 11 company-paid holidays – 8 holidays, and 3 flex holidays.
• Flexibile Spending
  We work with Navia to offer pre-tax flexible spending accounts for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.
• Health Savings Accounts
  We bank with HealthEquity and offer a pre-tax health savings account that pairs with our HSA medical plans. The firm contributes between $750 to $1500 annually, depending on the medical plan selected.
• Employee Assistance Program
  Through Cascade Center we offer a robust counseling program covering issues from stress to financial management advice. The program is available to all employees.
• Training
  We are a member of Allinial Global.
• CPA Exam
  We support the purchase of study materials for the CPA exam.
• New Client Referral Bonus
  We pay a bonus for fees collected during the first two years of any referral you make.
• Flexible Work Arrangements
  We offer flexibility in work hours and schedules including remote and hybrid opportunities.
