Medical Insurance
We offer a choice of two different medical plans. We work with Premera and pay 100% of the premiums for employee coverage and 50% of the premiums for dependents on one of the two plans.

Dental Insurance
Like our medical coverage, we offer dental insurance through Premera, and pay 100% of premiums for employees.

Vision Insurance
We offer vision insurance through VSP and cover 100% of premiums for employee coverage. Dependents may be enrolled at the employee’s cost.

Life Insurance and AD&D
We provide a life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment policy of $50,000. Benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled at no cost.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Benefit eligible employees are automatically enrolled under the Long-Term Disability (LTD) Plan at no cost. After a 180-day waiting period, LTD replaces up to 66.67% of earnings to a maximum of $10,000 per month.

401k
Upon hire, employees are eligible to participate in the Sweeney Conrad 401k program. There is a 3% discretionary contribution made to all eligible employees after one year of employment.

Vacation
Vacation accrual of 25 days per year for newly hired employees.

Parental Leave
Full-time Sweeney Conrad employees are eligible for up to twelve weeks of paid maternity leave or up to four weeks of paid paternity leave.

We offer 12 company-paid holidays.

Flexibile Spending
We work with Navia to offer pre-tax flexible spending accounts for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses.

Health Savings Accounts
We bank with HealthEquity and offer a pre-tax health savings account that pairs with our HSA medical plans. The firm makes monthly contributions to the plan.

Employee Assistance Program
We offer a robust counseling program covering issues from stress to financial management advice. The program is available to all employees.

Training and Professional Development
We offer various in-house CPE opportunities, provide reimbursement for many outside CPE programs, and have access to a wide range of trainings, leadership courses, and workshops.

CPA Exam
We provide reimbursement for up to 4 NTS, as well as for the purchase of study materials. We also provide a bonus for passing the exam.

New Client Referral Bonus
We pay a bonus for fees collected during the first two years of any referral you make.
