Manami works closely with the firm’s management team to ensure the smooth operation of Sweeney Conrad. She is an important member of leadership for the administrative team, and works closely with the tax department to improve and implement new processes. She is also a key part of the onboarding process for new employees, and is instrumental in the professional development of staff.
Manami is proud of her experience working in the tax department at the firm before becoming an operations manager, and uses that expertise to help the tax team grow and improve.
Manami began her career with Sweeney Conrad as an intern, and worked with the tax team for 5 years before moving to operations.

When not working, Manami spends most of her time with family. They enjoy exploring the parks of the Seattle area, and try to get to a new one every week when the weather is nice. She likes to travel, and has a goal to visit Italy soon. She grew up in Japan, and always enjoys going back for the food, family, and friends.
