As the Director of Business Operations, Lezley provides leadership and oversight for many of Sweeney Conrad’s internal teams. Her work touches many aspects of firm operations, including human resources, facilities management, information technology, project management, sales, marketing, and more.
Lezley loves to build and lead high-performance teams. With extensive experience in the technology industry, Lezley is well versed in planning and executing on high-impact cross-functional initiatives. At Sweeney Conrad, she is instrumental in ensuring that our operations and service teams have the tools and support needed to provide exceptional client service.
Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad in 2025 Lezley worked with a variety of companies across several industries. She particularly enjoyed working as Director of Finance & Operations for a Texas bakery.
When she’s not leading operations teams at Sweeney Conrad, Lezley enjoys spending time with her husband, two teenaged kids, dog, and cat. She also likes to practice yoga, sew, read, try new restaurants, and spend time in nature. Lezley is also a hockey fan (go Kraken!) as well as a lover of figure skating and gymnastics.
