Judi works with clients to resolve high level transactional accounting and payroll services questions. She supports clients in a wide range of industries, including graphic design, marketing, and professional service firms. She has a particular interest in developing and implementing new workflows and systems to better support the CAAS team’s clients.
Judi enjoys watching clients start small and grow over time. She likes being able to make a lasting impact on startups she works with so that they can become more successful.
Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad, Judi worked as a bookkeeper and office manager for a sandwich shop in Austin, Texas. She has been with the firm for 5 years.

Judi loves watching movies and TV shows in her free time. She enjoys following her favorite actors and directors, and calls herself a cinephile. She also paints, and is learning to roller skate and speak Spanish. She’s a fan of the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders, and also likes to travel.
