Tonya is an experienced Fractional CFO who has worked with companies across multiple industries to develop finance operations and utilize financial statements to strategically plan operations and identify solutions to business challenges. Over the course of her career she has gained strong technical skills, including accounting for acquisitions, goodwill, stock compensation, revenue recognition, consolidations, and multicurrency financial statements. She has experience with business valuations, due diligence and litigation support engagements, as well as robust model building and exit investment waterfall analysis. While her industry experience is wide, she has spent the most time with biotech, cannabis, and manufacturing.
