Regina leads full-cycle recruiting efforts for Sweeney Conrad, including campus outreach, early career hiring, and onboarding experienced professionals at the director level. Regina works with a variety of professionals, ranging from students and first-year associates to senior leaders and directors. She enjoys supporting talent at every stage of their career journey.
Regina’s favorite part of the work she does is networking events and community engagement. She feels rewarded after bringing people together and connecting talented professionals with the right teams within the firm. Regina is especially proud of organizing and leading Sweeney Conrad’s annual Summer Summit – a hands-on program designed to introduce future accountants to the industry and SC.
Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad, Regina built her career in recruiting and talent acquisition across multiple industries, partnering with organizations to attract, hire, and retain top talent. Her experience spans relationship-driven recruiting, workforce strategy, and building strong professional pipelines.

She loves supporting both the men’s and women’s teams that make Washington sports so exciting.
