Mina is a Tax Manager who specializes in providing tax services to construction and real estate clients. She also works with general business returns as well as 1040s and trust returns. As a member of Sweeney Conrad’s Green Machine tax team, Mina is most passionate about her work with construction and real estate entities. She takes pride in her work on large projects involving consolidated returns and complex challenges.
Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad, Mina worked at a real estate and construction company for seven years in the accounting department. She gained vast experience with accounting processes for construction and real estate companies. This experience prepared her well when she switched over to the tax side later in her career.

Outside of work, Mina calls herself a “hobby hopper” with past hobbies including SCUBA diving, rock climbing, and Argentine Tango. She used to be an adrenaline junkie – once partaking in skydiving and paragliding – however, now Mina finds herself enjoying cooking and sourdough baking. She’s also a fan of the Mariners!
