Michelle provides audit, review, compilation, and advisory services to closely held businesses. She specializes in auditing employee benefit plans, and also works with businesses in the real estate, manufacturing, and distribution industries.
Michelle enjoys going above and beyond to help her clients understand the tricky scenarios that can arise from implementing and maintaining employee benefit plans. She has a high level of expertise in breaking down complex issues like incorporating existing EBPs post merger or acquisition, preventing and resolving operational errors, and other challenges that can come with plan execution.
She has been with Sweeney Conrad for her whole career.

Michelle loves spending her time outdoors by the water, and loves every kind of beach. She likes to go crabbing, and also enjoys swimming and snorkeling. Being on the water is where she finds peace, and she also loves to use snorkeling (and hopefully Scuba someday soon!) to connect with her daughter and explore the water together. Michelle is also a world traveler, and hopes to see as much of it as she can! When she’s not out on the water or traveling the globe, you might find her cheering on the Huskies or Seahawks.
