Kelly enjoys working with public and privately held businesses in the technology, life sciences, and manufacturing & distribution industries. She is also experienced in auditing employee benefit plans. Her expertise is focused on high-level accounting issues, including revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, complex debt and equity accounting, consolidations, and business combinations.
Kelly likes the process of getting to know clients and their businesses. She is skilled at taking the unique elements of a business into account to deliver carefully tailored solutions rather than one size fits all answers.
Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad, Kelly worked as an auditor at a large accounting firm.

Outside of work, Kelly’s favorite thing is making her daughter smile. They enjoy playing outside, bike rides, and swimming. When she can find the time, Kelly also liked to cook with her husband. They also like to try out new wines at wineries near where they live in Woodinville, and they’d like to visit the wine regions of France and Argentina someday.
