Ian’s core focus lies in analyzing operational processes to accelerate financial closes, enhance internal controls, and provide business owners with a clear picture of their organization’s performance.
One moment in Ian’s career that stands out to him is supporting the successful sale of a services company during a period of organizational instability. Within this sale, Ian also uncovered and proactively stopped a costly fraud attempt, safeguarding the company’s assets and reputation.
