Courtney acts as a resource for tax accounting, compliance, and planning to high net worth individuals and closely held businesses in the real estate, professional services, hospitality, and consulting industries. She enjoys working with small businesses where she can really make a difference, as well as larger real estate groups that have complex structures.
Courtney has a passion for helping new businesses grow by imparting lesser known tax and accounting information that will set them up for long term success. Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad, Courtney worked in public accounting at a big four firm, as well as a smaller firm, in the Seattle area for 5 years.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter. They enjoy hiking, boating, and anything that can get them outside and moving. She also enjoys checking out local wineries, and likes to spend time at Priest Lake. Courtney hopes to travel to Greece someday for a family vacation.
