Connor’s work at Sweeney Conrad primarily involves providing high quality tax compliance, consulting, and planning services to high net worth individuals and clients in real estate. He enjoys providing proactive advice and planning to his clients, and seeing how it helps them grow financially. He has experience working with real estate clients on a variety of transactions, including cost segregation studies, general sale of real estate, and 1031 exchanges.
In addition to his work with real estate, Connor serves closely held businesses and S corps in a variety of professional service industries. He’s also passionate about assisting young accounting professionals succeed at Sweeney Conrad, serving the firm as a development advisor. Prior to joining the firm, Connor worked as a general ledger accountant in private industry, and helped prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

When he was younger, Connor’s goal was to be a high school history teacher and to coach football and lacrosse. He maintains an avid sports fandom and still enjoys history. Connor enjoys spending time with his fiancée and two golden doodles, working out, trying craft breweries, and traveling. He hopes to spend more time in Europe, and has plans to visit Italy in the near future.
