Chris’ work at Sweeney Conrad is broad reaching. He provides tax compliance and planning services to a range of different kinds of professional service firms, as well as high net worth individuals and family groups. Using his extensive tax expertise, Chris is a valuable resource to his clients to help them get the very best tax results that they can with long-term planning.
For Chris, getting to know his clients and their unique needs is the most important part of the job. He loves coming to understand what makes a client’s finances tick, and he is passionate about assisting business owners and family groups transition their wealth to future generations. He enjoys being a partner in ensuring that every client’s accounting needs are met. Chris also provides consulting services to his clients for State and Local Tax (SALT) issues.
As a principal, Chris is also a leader within the firm. He’s spent his career with Sweeney Conrad, and is a core member of the leadership team.

Outside of work Chris loves to spend time with family and catch some sports. Right now that means lots of his kids’ baseball, following the Huskies, Mariners, and Seahawks, and travel. Chris also enjoys cruising the backyard in the lawn mower, relaxing in the sauna, and hitting the gym. It’s tough to keep up with teenagers! Chris hopes to one day take his family to Europe (Ireland in particular) to help expose them to some other cultures.
