As Billing Manager, Bill oversees the order-to-cash cycle at Sweeney Conrad, with a focus on year-over-year revenue trends, timely invoice delivery, payment collection, and related reporting. He is also responsible for the firm’s internal business tax reviews and filings on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Bill most recently led the accounts receivable function for a multibillion-dollar technology consulting firm and has led teams across several industries, including legal, hospitality, seafood, and construction.
Outside the office, Bill founded Ignite Volleyball Academy, a community-first nonprofit serving North King and Snohomish counties. As Executive Director, he has helped establish Ignite as a regional leader in providing scholarship support to young athletes from underserved and underfunded communities.

Bill enjoys spending time with family and friends over great food and great conversation. He and his wife, Angie, have four adult children. His other passions include sports — go Hawks, M’s, and Dawgs! — fantasy football, and his three real-life dogs: Bentley, Nova, and Charlie.
