As Director of Operations, Tenly provides firm wide leadership, management and vision to ensure that Sweeney Conrad has the people and systems in place for continued growth, in alignment with our “People First” values. Her role involves overseeing firm training and development, evaluating firm performance, improving client experience, overseeing software and technology integration, evaluating staffing needs and improving firm processes.

Tenly has recently found a new hobby — cooking! She started cooking through recipe books a few years ago, and is now working through the Skinnytaste One and Done book in an effort to cook healthier meals and use her new InstantPot and Air Fryer. One of Tenly’s biggest strengths is her empathy, making her a great resource at Sweeney Conrad. She has recently been an instructor at Gonzaga University, and is married to a movie star — her husband played the child in the original Rocky IV movie.
