Michelle provides tax compliance and consulting services to closely held businesses, individuals, and corporations. She works with clients in a broad range of industries including real estate, professional services, wholesale, manufacturing and technology. Michelle also has specific experience in wealth planning and consulting for high net worth individuals and family groups, as well as for closely held businesses. These services include income tax planning, executive compensation and stock option planning including tax optimization, family office support services, and consulting for acquisition and sale of businesses.

Michelle loves exploring all that the Eastside and Seattle has to offer. She’s always up for checking out the hottest brunch spot or taking her dog for a walk through one of our beautiful parks. She enjoys cooking, power hot yoga, and unwinding at the barn with her horse, Kirby. Michelle is also passionate about working with ACAP to introduce high school students from under-represented minority groups to the potential of a career in accounting.
