As Sweeney Conrad’s tax practice director and a principal, Marty draws on his wide-ranging experience to provide personalized consulting, compliance, and tax planning services to many of our clients — including closely held businesses, executives, affluent families, and high net worth individuals. He has experience with federal and state tax minimization, due diligence review work, business formation consulting and entity selection, business purchase/sale consulting, equity-based compensation, estate and gift tax planning, charitable gift planning, and IRS examination support. His industry expertise includes (but is not limited to) real estate, construction, professional services, medical/dental practices, manufacturing, technology, private equity, and retail. Both accessible and proactive, Marty and his team are unique in their ability to truly connect with people and think strategically about their financial situation.
