Manami assists in providing management and vision to ensure that Sweeney Conrad has the people and systems in place for continued growth, in alignment with our “People First” values. Her role involves leading firm recruiting efforts, workflow management, and maintaining and improving the development advising program within the firm.

Background
Manami started her career at SC! She interned at a big 4 firm in their Japanese Group before doing a second internship with SC in the tax department and transitioned to full-time in late 2016. Her experience in the tax department nicely complimented her transition into Operations in mid-2021.
Manami grew up in Japan, so she loves to eat Japanese food and go back and visit whenever she gets the chance.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Sam and is excited for the addition of Baby Stein in April 2022. She also loves cooking, baking, and eating! She and her husband have been working on home improvements over the last few years, so she is excited to get more into gardening once they are finished. There is a grapevine in her backyard, so she and her husband have enjoyed making a small batch of wine each year.
