Background

Prior to joining Sweeney Conrad, John served as director of finance for a multi-national advertising agency, as a tax accountant at two Seattle-area CPA firms, and started his career as a revenue agent for the Internal Revenue Service.

If John’s not in the office, check the tennis court. He loves spending time playing tennis, and as his wife says, “watching anything that involves a ball.” One of the most remarkable moments in his life was a trip to Germany and Austria he took at 17, during which he played 10 soccer games in 21 days. Sports run in his blood, in fact his grandfather played Goalie (at just 16 years old) for the Yukon Klondikers in the 1904 Stanley Cup. John loves watching Netflix with his wife and is passionate about helping with Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission.
