U.S. Securties & Exchange Commission The U.S. SEC site offers a gateway to searching EDGAR database, an archive of annual reports and SEC filings by publicly traded companies since 1994. The site also provides information on federal securities laws governing the raising of capital. Dunn & Bradstreet The Dunn & Bradstreet homepage offers a gateway to D&B sites in various countries, and to online searches of businesses in the D&B database.
